To Charlotte

I felt your little ripples of love deep within my soul
And now its hard to describe that hollow, huge sinking hole But you were mine for precious moments, this i wont forget Beautiful small dainty hands and eyes in beauty set Its hard to take such motherly love and cast it to one side Knowing that you are not beside me but across another tide But my child i know of this i will see you again one day And the strings that tear my aching heart will slowly go away I’ve asked a million times why oh why are you not here And the breath of your dainty precious love fills every salty tear To go back in time and make it right id give a million souls
And what will it take in this dear life to fill earth in this deep

For Mummy

Its hard to yell and speak real loud with such a dainty voice But in your tears I feel your love and from far tides I rejoice And yes I may have been here for such a short precious time But in my veil beyond the fold i can still watch you smile
And yes i know to this day the tears still sting your face And you wonder if im still around in some far off sacred place Every time you look to the sky, see my star shine down And feel the breath of my kiss on your face for every little frown
I will watch from afar as I grow in spirit looking down on you And watching the boys from afar and everything they do And one day when the time is right I'll come to you again So for now see me in your dreams and learn to live again
